No thanks, I'd rather be Stacie.
Confused? Good.
Let's talk movies. Summer movies. Just for a bit.
People go nuts. It's a midnight premiere every week for some.
The lines are chaos, people dress in strange clothes claiming to be movie characters,
most of the time you end up in a poop seat, unless you wait an eternity in line.
But usually the movie is pro-status, and it's worth it.
That is until last year, when the WORST movie of all time came out.
Sounds pathetic, but it ruined my summer.
I stalked this movie for 2 years before it came out.
Everyday. That's right. Every. Stinkin'. Day.
I could go on. But to sum it up, it was so horrific,
that I haven't watched an episode since it came out.
This summer will make up for it though.
I guarantee. Because this movie is coming out in a month.
I have no doubt it will be spectacular.
So brilliant.
Too bad I'll be in Powell.
Unless my cousins are willing to find a theater in Arizona,
I will be seeing it a week or two late.
Please, all you midnight viewers, don't spoil it for me.
This movie. I'll be seeing it at midnight, wherever I am.
No question.
Oh baby. That's what's good.
“Learn to like what doesn't cost much.
Learn to like reading, conversation, music.
Learn to like plain food, plain service, plain cooking.
Learn to like fields, trees, brooks, hiking, rowing, climbing hills.
Learn to like people, even though some of them may be different...different from you.
Learn to like to work and enjoy the satisfaction doing your job as well as it can be done.
Learn to like the song of birds, the companionship of dogs.
Learn to like gardening, puttering around the house, and fixing things.
Learn to like the sunrise and sunset, the beating of rain on the roof and windows, and the gentle fall of snow on a winter day.
Learn to keep your wants simple and refuse to be controlled by the likes and dislikes of others.”
